We offer several ways to receive your selection. We ship UPS AND USPS. You can decide what is best for you. We do not charge handling fees on shipments. Many special order items are made to order and are shipped directly from the manufacture to your door to save time and shipping cost. Standard shipping and handling take up to three days to process depending on traffic volume and availability.  Furs and some leather goods may take up to three weeks for shipment as we custom make each item. Orders received before 10:00 am are generally shipped the next afternoon if at all possible. Shipments within the continental USA normally takes 5-7 business days for delivery depending on your location. Texas in-state deliveries generally take less time.

Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays are processed on Monday mornings and are generally shipped the next afternoon if available in stock. If there is a delay in shipping one of our family members will contact you to update you on shipping dates.

USPS and UPS orders for Next Day deliveries are not included in standard ground shipments and generally do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays, nor do we ship on those days. See the rate chart.

All orders require a correct and complete shipping address. In the event that packages are returned to us due to insufficient address, you will be contacted for clarification of the shipping address and the order will be subject to additional shipping charges if applicable.
When filling out your address information, please be as complete as possible. Please DO NOT use abbreviations and wright clearly or type the information. Please also do not use dashes or spaces if your address does not require them. USPS verifies addresses through but UPS does not. If you have any concerns about your address once you've submitted your order, please send us an e-mail or give us a call as soon as you can so that we can make sure that it is corrected by the time the package is ready to be shipped.  Please be especially careful when entering a different ship-to address for Gift deliveries.

Please be aware that we require a valid recipient phone number to be listed on the shipping label in order for the carrier to contact you in case there are delivery problems. USPS Priority Mail and UPS provide a Tracking Number, should there be any issues with delivery.

SHIPPING COSTS:

All orders over $100 with USA shipping addresses qualify for free UPS or USPS Ground Shipping. All other orders are charged at standard rates and are insured for the price of the item. Estimated shipping charges can be calculated from the chart below.

UPS does not ship to P.O Boxes. If you are a rural customer and need shipping via USPS, please call us at 1-866-416-6654. Please note that delivery to P.O Boxes will take longer than via UPS. Larger boxes may require FedEX delivery.

A signature will be required for deliveries over $500.

In the unlikely event that extra shipping charges need to be applied, we will let you know of these prior to shipment.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Yes, we ship internationally. The following information will help you.

We will often requote shipping cost using USPS as it may be cheaper. If this is the case, we will charge you the lower price when we dispatch your order.

You will need to pay duty or customs fees when your package arrives. Please check with your local authorities for more information on these charges.

Due to “CITES” regulations, we are unable to ship exotic leathers garments, boots, belts or accessories to some countries overseas (this includes Alligator, Crocodile, Lizard, Ostrich, Elephant, Hippo, Python, Rattlesnake, etc.)

Because there are so many factors involved, we cannot supply international shipping times online. If you would like to know how long your order will take to be delivered, please call us at 1-866-416-6654.

Returns Policy

If you're not satisfied are we are not satisfied. You are welcome to return your order to us as long as:

  • It's within 21 days of your order.
  • *The product is in new condition.
  • You must return the item in the original packaging.
  • **Boots may be exchanged or returned only if the soles are unscratched and the boots are in as-new condition. When trying on boots, be sure to walk only in carpeted areas until you are sure that your boots fit correctly.
  • The item(s) must be in good/unused condition, original tags intact, accompanied by the receipt.   A customer can return an item for full-refund within (21) days from date of purchase less the shipping fee (if applicable)*.  A refund will be given according to the original form of payment.  After the (21) days period has elapsed, a ‘credit’ will be issued to the customer to be used at any time in the online store up to 12 months from date of issue.  International orders must show the return to be shipped within 21 days of receipt and all other conditions apply.

You may return your order for your choice of:

  • Exchange for a different Size, Color or Style
  • Online-Credit for 12 months
  • Refund (less any original shipping costs)*

REGULAR PRICED ITEMS

Regular priced items and items 20% off or less may be returned or exchanged for full REFUND to your method of payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable*.  If you wish to EXCHANGE your item, please include a pre-paid return shipping label for the new item, or give us a call and we're happy to charge you applicable shipping costs.  Please note that (for your protection) we do not store Credit Card information so we will need you to call in if you wish us to charge you for return shipping.  If we don't hear from you within 10 days of receipt of your merchandise we will assume you are happy with your purchase and consider the sale final.

SALE ITEMS

Items discounted more than 20% off are considered FINAL SALE and are not returnable or exchangeable.  Please be sure you ask any questions you might have before you purchase sale merchandise so you will be sure the item will work for you.  

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Due to customs issues, we do not accept returns on international orders unless there is a manufacturer’s defect. Please contact us before placing an international order if you have any questions.

RETURNING MERCHANDISE

When returning merchandise for exchange or refund, please give us a call at              1-2891-236-8442 so we can be expecting it and authorize a return number.  Again, please refer to our online store policies above prior to shipping back merchandise.  We strongly suggest insuring your return for the full purchase price as Forever West cannot be liable for lost packages. **Please use the attached return form to expedite the return procedure.

*If your order received free shipping, the original postage will be deducted from refund amount.

Forever West reserves the right to refuse a return on any product that is not in resalable condition or otherwise falls outside of our terms and conditions. If you return an item to us without obtaining return authorization first, we reserve the right to refuse your return. In the event that an item is returned to us with shipping COD, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs for international returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
